She has published and presented about 38 papers internationally and nationally and has also participated in several international and national seminars on English Language Teaching, Multilingual Education, Problems of Learning Among Tribal Children, English Language Teacher Education and Development, Issues in Assessment etc. She was also the co-coordinator of the national symposium Samajh Ka Madhyam which focused on how the gap between home language and school language can be reduced. She has conducted several training and extension workshops across the country, including via teleconferencing. She is also one of the academic members of the editorial board of the journal Primary Teacher, published by NCERT.
Dr. Kapur also represented NCERT at the Higher Education Advisory Council for India held at University of Cambridge, UK in 2008. |
